I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy at Bielefeld University, during which I spent a year at Yıldız Technical University as part of the Erasmus+ Program. I then earned my Master’s in European and International Affairs at the Turkish-German University. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations at TU Chemnitz. Since November 2022, I have been working at TRT Deutsch. Additionally, as part of the Jean Monnet Scholarship, I am currently serving as a Research Fellow at the University for Continuing Education Krems.
I completed my undergraduate studies in Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University, Istanbul. I am also an alumnus of the International Baccalaureate program, which provided me with a strong foundation in diverse academic disciplines. Additionally, I’m passionate about participating in Erasmus+ projects when my schedule allows, and I’m skilled in video production, from shooting to editing and post-production. I am a professional with experience in results-oriented engineering, project management and entrepreneurship. I am currently working as an R&D Engineer at Sultanbeyli Municipality, managing Big Data Management System implementations and international projects. I am also the founder and E-Commerce Expert of Ganitto Coffee Inc., running successful operations in the Turkish market. My previous experience includes positions as Petroleum Engineer at Valeura Energy and Hotel Manager at Yalım Hotel. I have a degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Middle East Technical University. My digital skills include proficiency in programming languages and bilingual communication skills. I focus on contributing to organizational success with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Currently, hee serves as the education coordinator and activity manager at the Digital Transformation and Competency Development Center affiliated with Sultanbeyli Municipality. After three years in private sector roles, she transitioned to the non-governmental sector, where she served as the Finance Coordinator at the Refugees Association for nearly four years, later advancing to the position of Program Manager for two years. Since January 2024, she has been working as the Project Coordinator at Sultanbeyli Municipality and as the Workforce Services Manager at the Refugees Association. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with multinational partners. Her diverse experience across the private sector, public sector, and non-governmental organizations has equipped her with a comprehensive skill set, including financial management, budgeting and reporting, strategic planning, data analysis and project management.
