PLUS
The PLUS Institute was established in 2022 by members who have experience in different projects. We take an independent approach on local, regional and global issues with our projects, studies and events. Our vision is to shape the future by connecting people from all over the world with international projects and sharing knowledge and resources. It is our primary aim to accompany and encourage exchange between different cultures by networking and cooperating with other
institutes, think tanks and universities. We want to encourage people to participate in social projects so that they can shape the future of both Austria and Europe. In order to achieve our goals, PLUS Institute has divided its work into different projects, each led by an expert such as PLUS Debates, PLUS Green, PLUS Podcast, PLUS Youth. Our projects are also grouped according to subject and activity in each program.
YUNUS MAZI
Project Mentor
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy at Bielefeld University, during which I spent a year at Yıldız Technical University as part of the Erasmus+ Program. I then earned my Master’s in European and International Affairs at the Turkish-German University. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations at TU Chemnitz. Since November 2022, I have been working at TRT Deutsch. Additionally, as part of the Jean Monnet Scholarship, I am currently serving as a Research Fellow at the University for Continuing Education Krems.

I completed my undergraduate studies in Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University, Istanbul. I am also an alumnus of the International Baccalaureate program, which provided me with a strong foundation in diverse academic disciplines. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in International and Development Studies at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.

Project Mentor
I’m an English Translation and Interpreting 4th grade university student and completed my Erasmus Degree in English Studies at Universidad de Oviedo. My fields of study are Translation Studies and Interpreting, Language learning and acquisition, Spanish language and culture, Erasmus cultural projects and foreign languages. Currently, I’m working as a content writer on Typelish blog platform.
